Captson is not open yet. Before launch, the only personal data we collect is the Gmail address you give us to join the waitlist. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to remove it.

What we keep

Your Gmail address, when you signed up, whether you confirmed it, and the exact wording you agreed to when you joined.

Why

To send you one email to confirm your address, one short welcome email after you confirm, and one email when your spot opens. Nothing else: no newsletters, no ads, and we never sell or share your address.

Who handles it for us

Supabase stores the waitlist, on servers in Singapore. Resend sends the emails, from the EU. Cloudflare protects the site and checks that sign-ups come from people, not bots. Railway runs the website. Each only processes the data to provide that service, under its own data protection terms, including for transfers outside the EU and UK.

Our emails contain no tracking pixels, and we don't track clicks.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When Captson opens and you create an account, your waitlist entry is no longer needed and is deleted.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, reply to any email from us and we'll do it within 30 days.

If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
